Market & Order policy

Due to the constantly fluctuating coin and precious metal markets, please use the listed prices as indications only. We will strive to provide you with the best possible pricing whether you are buying or selling please e-mail or call for up to the minute pricing and availability.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with the National Gold Exchange return privileges. Returns must be called in to 813-969-4111 to receive an RMA# for the package and then postmarked no later then 2 days from the day you receive your order, returned insured for the price of the order; After which time, all sales are final. Bullion coins and any coin damaged or removed from its holder may not be returned. All U.S. orders are shipped via registered, insured mail. For international shipments, please contact us directly via email or at 813-969-4111. All coins are subject to availability and price change. Orders under $500 are calculated with $5 shipping and insurance, orders $500 and above are calculated with $10 shipping and insurance. Residents of Florida have a $500 minimum purchase requirement. Residents of California have a $1,000 minimum purchase requirement. NGE,Inc. reserves the right to return confirmed coins to inventory if payment is not received within 5 business days. Returned checks are subject to a minimum $30.00 return fee plus any associated costs incurred to collect those fees.
